About the Role

Sila Recruitment is partnering with an international school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to find an Arabic Teacher. This is a full-time, on-site position where the teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Arabic language lessons. The role involves contributing to a positive learning environment and supporting student well-being within the school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Arabic language lessons that align with the school curriculum and student learning objectives.
• Incorporate Islamic Studies into lessons where relevant to the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and various school activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
• Support student well-being and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in school events and professional development opportunities.

Daily Duties

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans for Arabic language instruction.
• Teach classes effectively, ensuring student engagement and comprehension.
• Assess student progress regularly to monitor learning outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data.

Work Environment

This position is based full-time, on-site, at an international school located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The teacher will work within a collaborative educational setting, engaging with students, colleagues, and parents.
