About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an Architectural Draftsman with strong skills in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and design software. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and developing 2D and 3D models. This role involves close coordination with various project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit and other design tools.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, structural teams, and MEP teams.
• Update drawings based on evolving project requirements and design revisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3D SketchUp, and Grasshopper.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting principles, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and construction details.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively within project teams to deliver architectural documentation and models.
