The Role of Architectural Inspector

Proger *** is seeking an Architectural Inspector to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves on-site supervision and inspection of architectural and civil works, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. The inspector will be responsible for verifying work quality and reporting defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect architectural and civil works on site.
• Verify that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect and approve completed works within the assigned scope of authority.
• Report defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and coordinate with the project team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Full-time presence on site is mandatory.
