The Role: Assistant Manager ATM Business

BSF is seeking an Assistant Manager ATM Business to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring the efficient operation and continuous enhancement of BSF's ATM network, contributing to service availability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager ATM Business will focus on overseeing daily ATM operations and managing platform functionality. Primary responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day ATM operations to ensure maximum uptime, service availability, and performance across the network.
• Managing ATM platform functionality, including monitoring, incident management, and coordination with IT and vendors.
• Ensuring efficient cash management processes, covering forecasting, replenishment, and reconciliation, to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
• Enhancing the ATM customer journey by improving transaction speed, interface usability, and service offerings.
• Monitoring ATM performance KPIs such as uptime, transaction success rate, cash-out incidents, and usage levels, and implementing improvement actions.
• Coordinating with third-party vendors for ATM maintenance, servicing, and adherence to service-level agreements.
• Supporting the expansion and optimization of ATM network locations based on business needs and customer demand.
• Ensuring all ATM transactions and operations comply with SAMA regulations and internal policies.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce new ATM features and digital capabilities, such as withdrawal and QR services.
• Handling incident resolution, customer complaints, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Preparing periodic reports and dashboards on ATM performance and business insights.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must have 5 to 10 years of experience in ATM operations, business management, or a directly related field within the financial services industry.
