Role Overview: ATM Software Support Specialist

LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking an ATM Software Support Specialist to join a well-established consulting firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and optimization for ATM software operations within a dynamic banking technology environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of ATM systems for our client.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and their associated infrastructure.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, including transaction failures and system errors.
Monitor ATM network performance to ensure maximum system availability and uptime.
Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.
Ensure all ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.
Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and network operations.
Familiarity with various ATM software platforms and banking technology infrastructure.
Experience working within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI-DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards.

Work Environment and Location

This role requires the specialist to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA. Candidates must possess valid work authorization or a transferable Iqama to be considered for this position within the fast-paced banking technology environment.
