About D360 Bank and the Role

D360 Bank is seeking a dedicated Associate Manager AML to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our efforts in combating financial crime, focusing on investigations and the implementation of robust anti-money laundering policies and procedures.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Associate Manager AML plays a critical role in safeguarding D360 Bank from financial crime risks. This position is instrumental in protecting the Bank’s reputation, capital, and investments by actively mitigating, minimizing, and eliminating exposure to such threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate all allegations of financial crime within D360 Bank.
• Support and enhance financial crime investigation practices and culture within the D360 environment.
• Mitigate financial crime risk to protect the Bank’s reputation, capital, and investments.
• Review exception reports for potential financial crime activity, initiating and completing investigations based on these reviews.
• Develop a network of contacts within the financial services sector, identify industry trends, and stay familiar with standards, concepts, practices, and procedures for dealing with financial crime.
• Participate in monitoring unusual or suspicious financial activity and assist in protecting the Bank’s capital, assets, and investments.
• Establish contacts within and liaise with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies during investigations.
• Oversee and implement an ongoing AML training program for other employees.

Required Qualifications

• A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.

Experience and Competencies

• Between a fresh graduate and 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain.
• For candidates with prior experience, demonstrated accountability for completing assigned tasks and project work, alongside a developed competence to carry out work independently.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining the highest standards of financial crime prevention and compliance.
