About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a full-time At Your Service Agent (Saudi) to join our team in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering a high standard of guest service. The primary objective is to create memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Role Overview

As an At Your Service Agent, internally known as a Guest Experience Expert, you will be empowered to take initiative in providing a wide range of services. This position moves beyond routine operational tasks to actively guide guests through their entire visit, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive. Agents are expected to manage their space effectively and address requirements proactively.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs efficiently.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Complete required reports accurately.
Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Integrate transactions seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Professional Standards and Conduct

Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Protect company assets and resources.
Uphold established quality standards in all tasks.
Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will take a hands-on approach to their work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The consistent execution of these physical duties, alongside other reasonable job responsibilities, is essential for success in this position.
