About the Role

Edition is seeking an Agent At Your Service to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service and support.

Key Responsibilities

The Agent At Your Service will be responsible for a variety of guest-facing tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key duties include:

• Responding to, recording, and processing guest requests, questions, and concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operating the telephone switchboard, managing wake-up call requests, and connecting calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Receiving, accurately recording, and relaying messages.
• Logging all guest requests or issues into the computer system, coordinating with relevant departments such as Bellperson or Housekeeping, and following up with guests to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Providing guests with information about room features, property amenities, and local points of interest.
• Potentially processing room service orders, answering questions regarding menu selections, and recording transactions in the point-of-sale system.
• Assisting guests with accessing internet services and in-room entertainment.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
