The Role: Automated Operations Engineer

Ericsson is seeking a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is offered on a 12-month contract, designed for fresh graduates. The role combines network expertise, analytical thinking, and customer-service orientation to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor a live mobile network 24/7 within the Network Operations Center (NOC), working in rotational shifts to identify and resolve issues promptly and prevent service disruptions, including critical emergency calls.
• Coordinate, support, manage, and execute 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure continuous service availability and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets, and process service orders using various operational systems and tools.
• Initiate and support incident investigations through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults, facilitating early identification of potential customer issues.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of new solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.

Candidate Profile
