Role Purpose

The BD Manager drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering tailored waste management solutions. This involves effective negotiations, quotation management, and deal closure, while also supporting market expansion, team leadership, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market and client relationships with key stakeholders to enhance market penetration and growth potential.
• Identify, originate, and capture revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop sales frameworks and marketing campaigns to support sales growth and customer retention.
• Target and identify customer bases for significant revenue generation and market share growth.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Develop business relationships that lead to clear growth opportunities.
• Manage people within the scope of the role.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Required Experience
