About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Manager / Digital Delivery Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across various sectors including infrastructure, transit, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments. The manager will define, implement, and enforce BIM processes and workflows in line with global standards, ensuring Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR) are fully met. This position ensures the delivery of coordinated, clash-free federated models to support design coordination and reduce site issues, playing a critical role in transforming design and delivery processes into efficient, data-driven workflows.

Strategy, Governance, and Standards

This role involves establishing and maintaining the foundational frameworks for digital delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM and digital delivery strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Defining BIM processes, workflows, and information management procedures in strict compliance with ISO 19650, BS 1192, and other applicable standards.
• Translating Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR) into clear BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Model Production and Delivery Tables (MPDT), and project-specific protocols.
• Establishing, documenting, and enforcing modeling standards, templates, naming conventions, and data structures across disciplines and projects.
• Setting up and managing project BIM environments, including file structures, model federation strategies, and coordination procedures.
• Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Project Delivery and Coordination

The BIM Manager will oversee and lead digital delivery throughout project lifecycles. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing digital delivery on large, complex programs such as rail systems, light rail transit, metro, roads and bridges, utilities, hospitals, commercial, and residential developments.
• Leading the creation and management of coordinated, clash-free federated BIM models for all phases: Concept, Preliminary, Detailed Design, and IFC.
• Organizing and running model coordination and clash detection sessions using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks and other coordination platforms.
• Ensuring all models and outputs comply with project BIM standards, client requirements, and information delivery milestones.
• Interfacing closely with project managers, discipline leads, and design teams to integrate BIM into design reviews, design assurance, and technical submissions.
• Supporting design optimization, constructability reviews, and reduction of site issues through robust digital coordination.
• Providing BIM leadership during both delivery and operational phases, supporting asset information modeling and handover requirements.

Stakeholder Management and Business Development

This role involves extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to business growth. Key duties include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related queries, both internally and externally (clients, contractors, consultants, and third parties).
• Representing the organization in BIM/digital delivery meetings, workshops, and reviews with clients and partners.
• Coordinating onshore and offshore BIM teams, ensuring consistent quality, aligned processes, and efficient collaborative workflows across multiple locations.
• Collaborating with GIS specialists to support GIS–BIM integration, enabling geospatially coordinated models and data-driven decision making.
• Supporting client engagement by explaining BIM strategies, information requirements, digital deliverables, and value propositions.
• Providing BIM and digital delivery input into bids and tenders, including methodology, resource planning, software requirements, and fee estimates.
• Developing bid-stage BIM strategies, delivery plans, and high-level model scopes that respond to tender documentation and EIRs.
• Supporting the business in communicating digital capability, case studies, and lessons learned to enhance win rates and client confidence.

Quality Assurance and Team Development

The BIM Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of digital deliverables and fostering team capabilities. This includes:

• Establishing and maintaining QA/QC processes for models and digital deliverables, including regular model audits and data checks.
• Implementing model review/checking procedures to ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Monitoring and mitigating risks related to information management, data integrity, version control, and model coordination.
• Ensuring accurate and timely information exchanges via common data environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Aconex, and ProjectWise.
• Assessing BIM and digital delivery training needs for project and office teams.
• Planning, developing, and delivering training sessions on BIM tools, standards, and workflows (*, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, CDE usage).
• Mentoring and supporting BIM coordinators, modelers, and engineers to build internal capability and promote best practice.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and digital excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time BIM Manager position should possess the following:

• 10 years of experience in BIM management or digital delivery roles, preferably on large, complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and enforcing BIM processes and workflows in compliance with global standards such as ISO 19650 and BS 1192.
• Proficiency with BIM tools and common data environments (CDEs) including, but not limited to, Autodesk Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Aconex, and ProjectWise.
• Experience in leading and coordinating BIM teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of design optimization, constructability reviews, and asset information modeling.
