BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer

About the Role

Kafou Energy is seeking an experienced BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the delivery of high-quality Building Management System (BMS) projects, focusing on the execution of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.

Role Overview

The BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive testing and commissioning of BMS systems. This includes verifying field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations. The role ensures that all systems comply with project specifications and supports overall system optimization and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
• Verify field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations.
• Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and handover packages.
• Support site activities, system optimization, and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS platforms.
• Proficiency in communication protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
