About TAM and the Brand & Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for enhancing TAM's brand presence and awareness.

Role Purpose

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening TAM company's brand image and awareness across all key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and vendors. This position ensures that the company's brand narrative and positioning are consistently communicated and aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of brand and marketing strategies, both digital and non-digital, to shape the company's brand positioning and narrative.
• Ensure all marketing strategies align with the company's overall business strategy.
• Execute daily website, social media, and direct marketing activities, including quarterly internal and external newsletters, and on-ground activations.
• Create and present intelligence reports based on extensive research, observations, and analysis of audiences and current marketing trends.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance using digital analytics data, third-party subscription tools, and search engine optimization tools, adjusting the brand as needed.
• Develop marketing activity budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage project timelines.
• Proactively propose creative ideas to ensure the brand stands out and succeeds, moving beyond mere recommendations.
• Collaborate with, manage, and supervise various external vendors.
• Ensure creative marketing materials (content and designs) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• Communicate brand and marketing strategies, plans, campaign results, and recommendations to the senior management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in brand management, covering both internal and external aspects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
