About Hued and the Role

Hued is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to translating business needs into effective technical solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The primary focus of this role is to gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and prepare functional specifications to ensure successful delivery of technology projects and digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit detailed information.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Coordinate effectively with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
• Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management processes.
• Monitor project requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure alignment.
• Participate in digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing various project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment focused on technology and digital transformation projects.
