Operating through three key brands—SENDDEX for express and general transportation, STOREX for warehousing and distribution, and LOGISTEX for end-to-end logistics solutions—SBT offers a comprehensive portfolio of services. The company is currently seeking a Business Development Manager Logistics and Warehousing to join its team in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this full-time role is to drive business growth by securing new opportunities in contract logistics and warehousing across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The manager will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and contributing directly to the company's revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business for warehousing and logistics solutions across KSA, with a specific focus on the Central Region.
• Identify and secure new warehousing opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and market mapping.
• Develop tailored logistics and warehousing solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and solution design teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations and provide support for contract closure.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and foster business growth.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and gross profit (GP) targets in alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development within the logistics and warehousing sector. A proven track record of securing new contracts and achieving sales targets is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within the KSA market, particularly the Central Region, leveraging SBT's delivery network spanning more than 50 locations across Saudi Arabia.
