About the Role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead business development and marketing initiatives for its operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on enhancing market presence, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and tactical support for marketing campaigns, communications, bidding processes, and key client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement KSA marketing and business development plans in collaboration with strategic leads, sector specialists, and the Head of Middle East BG.
• Ensure alignment with the regional Key Client Programme methodology and utilize appropriate tools.
• Support large and complex bids, contributing to bid strategy and execution.
• Proactively monitor and influence bid conversion rates through analysis and dissemination of reporting, and by capturing best practices.
• Assist in the development and capture of bidding tools, case studies, and CVs.
• Provide support and guidance to technical teams on awards, social media, collateral, and marketing channels.
• Support the development and execution of the regional internal communications plan.

Experience Requirements
