Role Overview

AutoHub Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within the market. The role involves developing strategic partnerships and implementing growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Strategic Business Development

The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the company's market presence and achieving growth targets. Key activities include:

• Increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
• Developing strategic partnerships and implementing growth strategies that align with company goals.
• Executing Body & Paint marketing plans and monitoring competitor activities to enhance market share.

Client Relationship Management

A core aspect of this role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Fostering long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Following up on client requirements through frequent visits and scheduled weekly meetings to ensure the implementation of committed terms.
• Finalizing repair agreements with new clients, establishing and opening credit accounts to facilitate smooth invoicing and timely collection of company funds.

Operational Support and Process Improvement

The role provides essential support to operations and drives continuous improvement initiatives:

• Providing required support to Body & Paint Service operations to ensure business load covers monthly demand and achieves target sales.
• Taking a lead role in developing and continuously improving Body & Paint and customer-related business processes, adhering to performance and operational guidelines.
• Developing and supporting projects and programs for continuous process improvement to meet insurance company and manufacturer performance and operational guidelines.
• Ensuring high "Mega Guest" satisfaction by developing a guest-centric team and achieving operational excellence across front and back office functions, in collaboration with other departments.

Team Leadership and Performance Analysis

This position includes leadership responsibilities and a focus on performance monitoring:

• Supervising personnel, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, and performance evaluation.
• Making recommendations for personnel actions, motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and targets within a performance-driven learning culture, and establishing succession planning for critical positions.
• Conducting weekly analysis of key performance indicators, such as Sales Points reports and efficiency.
• Organizing teleconferences or field visits to ensure the proper implementation of development activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Business Development Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development or a related field. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
