About the Business Development Partner Role

Rareskill is seeking a Business Development Partner Edtech for a contract role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves expanding the EdTech and E-learning business of our client, Theody Svadhyay, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Theody Svadhyay is TUVSUD certified with over 8 years of global experience. This is a business partnership opportunity with a compensation structure based on 20% of revenue sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EdTech solutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and establish connections with universities, colleges, schools, corporates, government organizations, and training providers.
• Build and manage a local network of partners and clients.
• Generate qualified business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local education and training organizations.
• Represent the company and its solutions at relevant local forums, events, and business networks.
• Collaborate with the India/global team on proposals, solution design, commercial negotiations, and implementation.
• Contribute to establishing a sustainable, long-term EdTech business presence in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Existing network across education, corporate L&D, government, HR, training, or technology sectors.
• Proven experience (0-1 years) in B2B / B2G business development, institutional sales, partnerships, or channel development.
• Experience selling or representing EdTech, E-learning, SaaS, AI, HRTech, training, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi education and corporate training ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently develop the market.
