About the Role

CODE Ltd is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, capable of managing diverse customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Respond to customer questions regarding applications, features, troubleshooting, and usage, providing clear instructions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of application issues and guide customers through setup, activation, and configuration steps.
• Escalate issues to technical, sales, or other related departments, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Track and record all customer interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with trial activation, subscription processes, account management, billing, and payment queries.
• Educate customers on product updates, new features, and best practices.
• Document recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to resolve customer issues and enhance user experience.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and courteous attitude, adapting communication style to the customer’s level of understanding.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to improve communication and technical skills.

Performance Expectations

• Respond to calls, emails, or chat inquiries within company-set targets.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper documentation for all customer interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the support team.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM applications, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn about new applications and customer support processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with POS systems, cashier applications, or SaaS applications in a call center role.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with handling social media inquiries or leads.
• Knowledge of billing, subscription management, or account setup processes.
