About Education for All

Education for All is a youth-led nonprofit organization committed to supporting students in their development, irrespective of their background, gender, or financial situation. The organization operates through passionate students who collaborate to coordinate events, provide educational resources, publish articles, and organize meaningful initiatives. Education for All also facilitates various volunteer opportunities designed to empower young individuals to contribute positively to their communities. Through workshops, career webinars, drives, and competitions, the organization aims to enhance students’ educational experiences and broaden their access to learning opportunities.

The Opportunity: Chapter Leader, Riyadh

Education for All is seeking a Chapter Leader to establish and manage a local chapter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers significant autonomy to build and oversee operations within your city, directly contributing to the organization's core mission of providing equitable educational access to students.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a new chapter for Education for All within Riyadh.
Drive local initiatives that align with the organization's mission to provide equitable educational access.
Coordinate and oversee local events, educational resource distribution, and community initiatives.
Organize and promote diverse volunteer opportunities for young people within the chapter.
Implement workshops, career webinars, drives, and competitions to improve students’ educational experiences.
Expand access to learning opportunities for students in the Riyadh area.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
Experience in community engagement, non-profit management, or educational program coordination is beneficial.
Ability to operate with autonomy and manage local operations effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic, youth-led nonprofit environment focused on educational support and community empowerment.
