About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef De Cuisine – Saudi Cuisine to lead its kitchen operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the authenticity, quality, and consistency of traditional and modern Saudi dishes, delivering an exceptional dining experience. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep knowledge of regional Saudi cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Saudi dishes.
• Design and develop menus that reflect the diversity of Saudi regional cuisines, including Najdi, Hijazi, Southern, and Eastern styles.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.
• Control food costs, manage inventory effectively, and minimize waste.
• Innovate and modernize traditional recipes while preserving cultural authenticity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of the kitchen team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Previous experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef is required.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated creativity in menu development and dish presentation.
• Deep and authentic knowledge of regional Saudi cuisine.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
