Role Overview: Chef De Partie – Italian Cuisine

MIIC is seeking a Chef De Partie – Italian Cuisine for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes, ensuring adherence to restaurant standards and established recipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing the assigned kitchen station effectively.
• Ensuring proper mise en place for all Italian menu items.
• Monitoring cooking times to maintain optimal quality.
• Maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
• Supervising junior kitchen team members and providing guidance.
• Coordinating with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supporting the development of new Italian menu offerings.
• Adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Implementing proper stock rotation practices.
• Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and colleagues to meet service deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience
