About the Chief Executive Officer Role

Ameera Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a well-established and growing consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior leadership position offering an excellent executive package, including performance-based incentives. Strategic Leadership and Growth

The CEO will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction and execution of the company's long-term growth initiatives. This includes driving business expansion, profitability, and market penetration across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. A key focus will be preparing the organization for an IPO, ensuring operational and financial readiness to meet investor expectations. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong commercial and financial acumen to scale the consulting business while upholding operational excellence and robust governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's strategic planning and execution for sustained growth.
• Drive business performance, focusing on profitability and market expansion.
• Oversee the organization's journey towards IPO readiness.
• Manage all aspects of financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Build, mentor, and develop the executive leadership team.
• Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the Board, shareholders, partners, government entities, investors, and key clients.
• Provide strategic updates to the Board and ensure achievement of commercial objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking an accomplished executive with a proven track record in leading consulting or professional services organizations. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager, or Business Unit Director role within consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and experience building high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing business strategies for sustainable commercial growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and significant experience in financial management, P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• A solid understanding of corporate governance, Board reporting, and executive decision-making.
• Experience leading business transformation and organizational change in complex environments.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence diverse groups.
• Experience preparing organizations for IPO, private equity investment, M&A, or significant corporate restructuring is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
