About the Chief Financial Officer Role

A leading Manufacturing & Trading Group, operating across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and GCC countries, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role is critical during a significant growth phase for the organization, which is currently in an advanced stage of Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation. The CFO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be responsible for overseeing the group's entire finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, treasury management, operational excellence, and successful IPO readiness.

Key Financial Management Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial reporting, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements for all subsidiaries.
• Manage executive financial reporting and conduct business performance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, developing financial models to support strategic planning.
• Provide actionable financial insights to executive management.

Strategic Finance and IPO Leadership

• Lead the financial preparation for the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities for IPO readiness.
• Support financial due diligence, restated financial statements, and investor readiness.
• Manage group cash flow and liquidity, optimizing banking relationships and financing strategies.
• Oversee CAPEX funding and foreign currency exposure.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and other local regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, strengthening financial controls and corporate governance.

Operational Finance and System Integration

• Supervise manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Monitor profitability across trading operations, focusing on margin improvement and operational cost efficiency.
• Manage SAP ERP financial modules.
• Improve finance automation and reporting processes, integrating Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems.

Team Leadership and Operational Excellence

• Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations.
• Standardize financial policies and reporting practices across the group.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance function.
