About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a Civil Sr Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing and coordinating engineering production activities within an operating unit, making authoritative decisions and recommendations. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience who can demonstrate mature judgment in solving complex operational problems and developing standards for diverse engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit.
• Make decisions and recommendations recognized as authoritative.
• Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company.
• Handle dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.
• Demonstrate understanding of project delivery requirements and work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Deliver high-quality technical excellence and apply creativity and foresight in project execution.
• Anticipate and solve both routine and unusual operations problems.
• Determine operational objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects.
• Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand project delivery requirements.
• Proven experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mature judgment in anticipating and solving operational problems.
