NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is a Saudi real estate platform specializing in development management, asset management, and advisory services. The company is currently managing a residential compound project in Jeddah and is expanding its project management capabilities.

Role Overview

NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is seeking a Senior Project Manager Civil to lead the execution of civil and structural works for projects in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves owning the end-to-end delivery of civil works on behalf of the owner, from project mobilization through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of civil works, from earthworks to project handover.
• Manage the main contractor, subcontractors, and site consultants.
• Oversee project schedule, cost control, variations, and claims.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, REGA, and municipality requirements.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead contractors and manage project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, REGA, and municipality regulations.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with projects located in Jeddah and Makkah. Saudi nationals are preferred, and residents are welcome to apply.
