Akkodis is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.

Role Overview

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily civil construction activities at project sites. This role ensures that all work adheres to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, including concrete works, excavation, foundations, structural works, and finishing.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise civil workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and construction procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report daily activities, delays, and site issues.
• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other project departments.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and engineering drawings.
• Experience in supervising site teams and coordinating with contractors.

Location and Availability

The successful candidate must be based in Riyadh or able to relocate to Riyadh immediately. The ability to join immediately is required.
