Procurement Co-op Internship Overview

MRSOOL is seeking a motivated Procurement Co-op Intern to join its Procurement team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement operations and develop skills within a dynamic work environment. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, providing exposure to industry processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Procurement team with daily operational tasks.
Assist in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotation follow-ups and delivery tracking.
Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is current.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and filing of procurement documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to support various procurement activities.
Learn and apply established procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Procurement team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates with 0-1 years of experience, suitable for an internship or co-op program.
Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program or a recent graduate.
Demonstrated motivation to learn about procurement operations.
