COBIT Instructor

About the Role

RMG is seeking a highly experienced and certified COBIT Instructor to deliver accredited training courses and workshops. This contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires professionals with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will provide training to corporate and institutional clients, leveraging deep practical experience in the COBIT framework.

Role Overview

The COBIT Instructor will be responsible for transferring knowledge effectively through structured training programs. This position focuses on ensuring participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the COBIT framework and its practical applications. The role is open to Arabic-speaking professionals currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver COBIT training courses, which may be conducted in-person or virtually.
• Prepare and continuously enhance training content to align with the latest COBIT versions and industry standards.
• Assess participant understanding and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and the design of training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with the COBIT framework, including implementation, auditing, or governance.
• Certification in COBIT, such as COBIT 2019 Foundation / Design & Implementation, or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering training to adult learners within corporate or academic environments.
• Ability to design, develop, and update training materials and presentations effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Additional certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC are considered advantageous.
• Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia and fluent in Arabic.

Work Environment and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The instructor will work with corporate and institutional clients, delivering training either on-site or through virtual platforms. The role requires a professional who can adapt to various client needs and training environments.
