The Role of Communications Manager

Lucid Motors is seeking a full-time Communications Manager in Riyadh. This role is central to managing and delivering communications and public relations across internal, external, executive, and all media channels. The Communications Manager will develop compelling communications that support Lucid Motors Middle East priorities, protect and enhance corporate reputation, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans for major corporate announcements, financial results, product launches, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
• Develop and oversee high-quality communications and content across internal, external, executive, and digital channels, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate strategy and brand positioning.
• Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, presentations, and thought leadership content for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Group's corporate reputation and profile.
• Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile, and cross-functional projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Support crisis and issues management by developing holding statements, executive messaging, and media responses during operational disruptions and major incidents.
• Measure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to continually improve communications strategies, channels, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage communications operations, including procurement, budgeting, legal, services requests, and fulfillment.

Scope of Communications Activities

The role involves delivering integrated communications activities across all major business initiatives and milestones. This includes portfolio and products, services and network development, human capital development, design and innovation, new product launches, and corporate engagements. The Communications Manager will ensure consistent and impactful messaging across these diverse areas.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in communications and public relations. The role requires exceptional writing ability, strong strategic judgment, and the confidence to advise senior leaders effectively in fast-paced and high-profile environments.
