About the Role

Tadawul (Saudi Exchange) is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to upholding the integrity and regulatory adherence of the exchange's operations. The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities align with established regulatory frameworks and internal policies, contributing to a robust and transparent financial market environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance-related activities across Tadawul (Saudi Exchange). This involves a range of duties focused on maintaining regulatory standards and mitigating risks within the financial exchange landscape.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
