About the Concierge Role

Role Purpose

The Concierge serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance with various requests and services. This position focuses on delivering memorable experiences and upholding the standards of hospitality for every guest, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and facilitate arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate personalized guest needs, including medical care, childcare, and floral delivery.
• Manage the receipt and delivery of messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests.
• Share marketing materials and encourage the use of hotel services and programs.
