About the Content Trainee Role

Nice One is seeking a Content Trainee to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Tamheer Program. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in content creation and management within a professional environment. The trainee will support the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across various digital and communication channels.

Role Purpose and Development

The Content Trainee will contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice while developing skills in content writing, research, content management, and performance monitoring. This position offers an opportunity to learn and apply best practices in content development under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Support the development of content ideas, briefs, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules in coordination with content and marketing teams.
Create clear, accurate, and engaging written content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and communication standards.
Conduct research on relevant topics, audiences, keywords, industry developments, and competitor content.
Assist with adapting content for different audiences, platforms, formats, and stages of the customer journey.
Review content for grammar, spelling, readability, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Support the creation and editing of basic visual content, captions, and multimedia assets.
Help upload, format, categorize, and maintain content in the company website, content management system, and other publishing tools.
Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) by researching keywords and applying on-page content best practices.
Monitor published content for accuracy, formatting, links, and relevance, recommending updates as needed.
Track content performance using analytics tools and assist in preparing reports on reach, engagement, and traffic.
Coordinate with marketing, design, product, sales, and other internal teams to gather information for content projects.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from reviewers while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Organize content files, drafts, references, approvals, and published materials according to company procedures.
Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and confidentiality standards.
Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and learning activities as part of the Tamheer program.
Perform other content and marketing support responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to conduct research and synthesize information effectively.
Attention to detail for proofreading and editing.
Familiarity with digital content channels and platforms is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams in a dynamic environment.
