About the Corporate Communications Manager Role

Nova Water, Saudi Arabia's leading premium bottled water brand, is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to oversee its communication strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role is integral to protecting and enhancing Nova Water's corporate reputation and brand positioning.

Corporate Reputation and Brand Stewardship

The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for safeguarding and elevating Nova Water's reputation as a premier Saudi bottled water company. This involves developing and executing comprehensive corporate communication strategies designed to foster stakeholder trust and reinforce brand credibility. Ensuring a unified and consistent corporate message across all internal and external communication platforms is a key objective.

Strategic Communications and Executive Support

This role supports executive management by articulating Nova Water's vision, strategic direction, business performance, and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include crafting essential communication materials such as presentations, speeches, and key messages for leadership. The manager will also oversee the dissemination of corporate announcements, business updates, and the celebration of company milestones.

Media Relations and Stakeholder Engagement

Building and maintaining robust relationships with media outlets, government bodies, and industry stakeholders is crucial. The manager will handle press releases, respond to media inquiries, manage interviews, and prepare public statements. Continuous monitoring of media coverage and public sentiment regarding Nova Water and the broader bottled water industry will inform communication efforts. This includes engaging effectively with customers, government authorities, investors, employees, business partners, and media organizations.

Internal Communications and CSR Initiatives

The position leads internal communication efforts aimed at promoting company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring organizational alignment. This includes communicating strategic initiatives, business updates, and change management programs throughout the organization. Additionally, the role will promote Nova Water's commitments to sustainability, environmental stewardship, water conservation, and community engagement, supporting ESG-related communications and corporate responsibility reporting.

Crisis Management and Brand Governance

Developing and implementing effective crisis communication plans is a core responsibility. The manager will oversee communications related to operational incidents, product quality concerns, regulatory matters, or other reputational risks, advising management on communication strategies during sensitive situations. Ensuring the consistency of corporate branding across all business units, subsidiaries, and external communications, and developing corporate communication guidelines and governance are also key functions.
