The Role of Corporate Finance Specialist

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is looking for an experienced freelance instructor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting complex training sessions focused on financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance for corporate professionals.

Required Expertise and Knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess advanced-level knowledge in the following areas:

Investment & Portfolio Management: Deep understanding of asset allocation, equity and fixed-income valuation, and portfolio strategy, aligned with the CFA curriculum.
Corporate Finance & Accounting: Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, financial planning, performance, and management analytics, aligned with the CMA framework.
Wealth Management: Comprehensive understanding of international wealth and investment management principles, aligned with the ICWIM syllabus.
Financial Analysis & Modeling: Ability to teach practical financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
Market Environment: Comprehensive knowledge of global financial markets, with a strong understanding of Middle Eastern economic landscapes and investment environments.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should demonstrate a profound comprehension of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance. A proven track record of adeptly conducting complex training sessions is required.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in the financial industry.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaborating with a dynamic team within a company that has an ambitious development agenda and works with established organizations in the Middle East.
