About the Role

National Parcel Stations Network | Parcelat is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing direct support and information to customers as a primary point of contact, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support across various channels, including calls, email, social media, and online chat.
Resolve customer problems and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer accounts and detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Answer service-related questions or direct customers to the appropriate staff members for specialized assistance.
Follow up with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and complaints.
Perform assigned technical duties in collaboration with the operations team.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, information system management, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in customer service is required.
Experience within the logistics industry is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Zoho Desk is preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong active listening abilities.
Proven skills in customer complaint resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to quickly learn service procedures and work processes.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Customer Service Adviser will work as part of a dedicated team to support customer needs and operational requirements.
