La Dolce Casa, a furniture retailer based in Riyadh specializing in customized pieces, is seeking a Customized Furniture Sales professional. The company focuses on providing personalized consultations and design options to help clients create comfortable and stylish living spaces, emphasizing high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and attentive customer service.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, presenting suitable customized furniture options, and providing detailed product information. The successful candidate will explain customization possibilities, prepare quotations and sales orders, and follow up on client inquiries. Coordination with design and production teams, along with accurate documentation of specifications, will be key responsibilities. Maintaining showroom displays and updating product knowledge are also integral to the role, contributing to sales targets while ensuring consistent, professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.
• Present suitable customized furniture options and provide detailed product information.
• Explain customization possibilities and prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Follow up with clients on inquiries and ongoing orders.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications.
• Maintain showroom displays and update product knowledge.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features, customization options, and pricing.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
• Basic understanding of furniture materials, styles, and design concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
• Comfort using POS systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
• Fluency in Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Additional Experience

Prior experience in customized products or interior design sales is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The position requires availability to work weekends or peak retail hours as necessary.
