About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking a Delivery Consultant - Security, Risk, and Compliance, Professional Services to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) team in Riyadh. This full-time position is for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant technology role. The consultant will work directly with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that align with their technical requirements and business objectives.

Role Context

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be a key contributor to customer success throughout their cloud adoption journey, providing technical expertise and best practices across the entire project lifecycle. The role requires a deep understanding of AWS products and services, with proficiency in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to specific customer needs. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. Consultants also serve as trusted advisors, offering guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Engaging with AWS customers and internal stakeholders as trusted security advisors to executives and technical teams.
• Promoting Amazon's culture of security and maintaining the highest security standards throughout interactions with customers, partners, peers, and internal stakeholders.
• Leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a technology professional in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of AWS products and services.
• Proficiency in architecting complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS.
• Experience in leading implementation processes, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and risk management.

The team collaborates with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Work Environment
