About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Delivery Consultant, Security Risk and Compliance Professional Services to join the Professional Services (ProServe) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working directly with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that align with their technical requirements and business objectives, with a specific focus on security, risk, and compliance.

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be a key contributor to customer success throughout their cloud adoption journey, providing technical expertise and best practices across the project lifecycle. This includes leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.

AWS Professional Services Overview

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts dedicated to helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes when utilizing the AWS Cloud. The team collaborates with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Assistance is provided through various offerings designed to support specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, including focused guidance from global specialty practices covering diverse solutions, technologies, and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Engaging with AWS customers and internal stakeholders as trusted security advisors to executives and technical teams.
• Promoting Amazon's culture of security and maintaining the highest security standards in all interactions with customers, partners, peers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Experience

This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience as a technology professional. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of AWS products and services, with proficiency in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS.
