The Role: Dental Operations Officer

The Dental Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the daily oversight of dental services, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, and adherence to both clinical and administrative standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for all dental services.
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics related to dental operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage budgets and implement cost controls within dental operations.
Implement process improvements that align with organizational goals and standards.
Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders.
Support various training initiatives for dental staff.
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies and procedures.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time role within Remain Medical Group's facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The officer will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of dental care and operational excellence.
