Role Overview

WSP is seeking a Design Manager - Interior Design to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on supporting the delivery of high-quality interior environments across various sectors. The successful candidate will contribute to landmark projects within a global organization.

About the Opportunity

This role involves contributing to the successful execution of interior design projects spanning hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments. As a Design Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact through design, leveraging WSP's global scale and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
• Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
• Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
