WSP Middle East is seeking a Design Manager - Interior Design to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to landmark projects within a global firm, collaborating with professionals in your field. The role focuses on supporting the delivery of high-quality interior environments across various sectors.

Role Overview

The Design Manager - Interior Design will be responsible for overseeing and guiding interior design aspects for significant developments. This includes ensuring design solutions meet project requirements and coordinating with various disciplines to achieve integrated, high-quality outcomes. The role covers projects within hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
• Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
• Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess over 10 years of experience in delivering interior design projects. Essential experience is required across hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
