Cyberani by Aramco Digital is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to expanding Cyberani’s market reach, enhancing service offerings, and driving sustainable revenue growth through the identification, development, and management of high-impact strategic alliances.

Role Purpose and Strategic Objectives

The Director will be responsible for shaping the overall partnership strategy, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and ensuring the seamless integration of partner solutions into the company’s cybersecurity portfolio. This includes defining and executing a multi-year strategic partnership roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives and market opportunities across the Kingdom and GCC region. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential partners from various sectors, including technology vendors, system integrators, industry associations, academic institutions, and government entities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, covering scope, commercial terms, joint go-to-market plans, and governance structures.
• Develop joint value propositions, solution bundles, and co-marketing initiatives to differentiate Cyberani’s services and create new revenue streams.
• Oversee the onboarding, integration, and performance management of partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, security standards, and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001 and the Saudi Cybersecurity Framework.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align partner solutions with customer needs and internal capabilities.
• Establish and monitor partnership KPIs, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, joint win rates, and partner satisfaction, providing regular executive reporting and insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to continuously refine partnership strategy.
• Represent Cyberani at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Partnership Development and Management

• Initiate and oversee co-innovation labs or pilot projects with partners to develop new cybersecurity solutions, ensuring clear intellectual property rights and commercialization pathways.
• Conduct joint risk assessments with partners, establish shared security controls, and ensure all collaborative activities meet internal compliance policies and external regulatory mandates.
• Design and manage revenue-sharing models, royalty structures, and financial forecasts for partnership initiatives, aligning them with corporate financial targets.
• Create and deliver partner enablement programs, including technical workshops, certification tracks, and sales playbooks, to equip partner teams with the knowledge needed to sell and support Cyberani’s solutions effectively.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for partnership-related issues, coordinating cross-functional response teams to resolve conflicts, service disruptions, or contractual disputes swiftly and professionally.

Leadership and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector. This role also involves managing a small team of partnership managers and analysts, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, complex negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
