Role Overview

The E-Commerce Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensuring seamless order processing, efficient logistics coordination, and a high-quality customer experience. This role is crucial for aligning operational efficiency with the strategic digital sales goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage order processing from placement through to delivery.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Supervise return and exchange processes to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement enhancements to improve the e-commerce journey.
• Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Monitor logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives focused on process automation and cost-efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Compliance

• Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional launches.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve platform-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with finance on billing and payment reconciliations.
• Ensure all e-commerce operations adhere to company policies and local regulations.
• Stay informed on evolving e-commerce laws in Saudi Arabia and ensure ongoing compliance.

Team Management and Development
