Role Summary

The Ecommerce Manager will be instrumental in driving the company's online presence and sales performance. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, overseeing e-commerce platforms, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
• Manage and oversee the company's e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns that support commercial objectives.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media, display, and email marketing.
• Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce performance using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and the evolving digital landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver successful digital initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing management role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital strategies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools to derive insights.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or OTC sectors.
