About iHR and Our Client

iHR (International Human Resources) is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the ELV/ICT industry. This client specializes in delivering technical implementation projects and integrated technology solutions across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position for an ELV/ICT Site Supervisor is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The ELV/ICT Site Supervisor will oversee field manpower and labor activities across various implementation projects. This role is central to ensuring efficient site operations and alignment with project schedules by managing workforce allocation, daily task assignments, attendance, productivity, and safety compliance. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily workforce activities, including attendance, punctuality, and discipline at project sites.
Assign tasks to technicians and workers based on project priorities and instructions from the Resource Manager or Technical Foreman.
Track daily work progress and workforce productivity, providing updates and reporting any delays to management.
Coordinate with site engineers, technical foremen, and resource management teams to optimize manpower utilization.
Ensure that all workers adhere to site safety procedures and applicable company standards.
Address day-to-day workforce issues and escalate significant concerns to the Resource Manager.
Maintain accurate attendance records, manpower reports, and productivity logs.
Support project objectives by ensuring workforce activities align with project schedules and implementation requirements.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the ELV/ICT industry or a related field.

Work Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves approximately 65–75% fieldwork and 25–35% office-based work. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
