EMERGENCY NURSE QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

Job Summary

ZRVS, a reputable healthcare facility in Riyadh, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator (Nurse). This full-time role involves overseeing clinical quality assurance, leading quality improvement initiatives, ensuring patient safety, and managing compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background and substantial clinical experience, coupled with proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct healthcare audits and monitor compliance with established clinical standards.
• Support patient safety initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management activities.
• Review clinical procedures, policies, and quality documentation.
• Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
• Identify gaps in clinical processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with clinical departments and management to improve patient care quality.
• Support regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation requirements.
• Supervise quality-related activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong nursing background is required.
• Substantial clinical experience.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
