About the Role

Noon - Education for Everyone is seeking a high-performing, native English teacher to join its fast-moving online English program. This is a part-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a teacher who is adaptable, consistently performs in a high-expectation environment, and actively contributes to improving teaching methodologies. This position is suitable for an independent individual who handles pressure well and enjoys developing and refining lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver online English lessons that align with the curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Manage large, mixed-level groups of teenage learners (50+) in live online classes.
• Design, adapt, and improve lesson content and materials on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance engagement, differentiation, and participation.
• Collaborate with the team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A recognized teaching qualification (BA/MA, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Proven experience teaching teenagers.
• Experience teaching online groups of 5+ students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident use of educational technology.
• Ability to meet local cultural requirements for teaching single-gender classes (same gender as assigned student group).

The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and adaptable, demonstrating independence and a proactive approach. A curious mindset focused on improving teaching methods is essential. This role requires comfort in making decisions, taking ownership, and performing effectively under pressure. Exceptional organizational skills are also required.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a part-time position. Availability is required from Sunday to Thursday, with the ability to commit to a fixed weekly workload. The role is based in Riyadh.

Advantageous Experience

• Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture.
• Familiarity with AI tools or emerging EdTech.
• Arabic language ability.
