Alesayi Holding is seeking an experienced Estate & Accommodation Supervisor to oversee workforce accommodation operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing various aspects of accommodation across both outsourced buildings and in-house units within the assigned region.

Role Summary

The Estate & Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of workforce accommodation. This includes controlling accommodation costs, evaluating outsourced provider performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and planning occupancy. The role also focuses on maintaining facility standards and promoting resident well-being across all managed units. The supervisor will ensure consistent service delivery, effective budget control, adherence to applicable regulations, and high standards of safety, hygiene, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the regional accommodation budget, covering rent, utilities, maintenance, and provider fees. Monitor cost per resident and per building, analyze budget variances, and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee outsourced accommodation providers, including reviewing and approving invoices and monthly statements. Reconcile charges against occupancy records and services, resolve billing discrepancies, and address contractual non-performance.
Conduct accommodation inspections and provider performance reviews to ensure compliance with fire-safety, Civil Defence, municipality, and labor-accommodation requirements.
Manage bed capacity, resident allocations, relocations, and occupancy levels in alignment with project mobilization, demobilization, and workforce requirements.
Ensure appropriate standards of accommodation, hygiene, safety, and resident well-being. Oversee complaint resolution, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Supervise in-house accommodation facilities, including remote-city units, and manage retained personnel such as wardens, technicians, and janitorial staff.
Prepare and review monthly regional reports detailing accommodation costs, occupancy, provider SLAs, complaints, safety, and compliance.
Identify opportunities to optimize accommodation costs, consolidate facilities, improve space utilization, and enhance service delivery.
Supervise Estate Coordinators, establish performance expectations, monitor operational activities, and ensure consistent standards across all accommodation locations.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in estate and accommodation management.
5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to accommodation facilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Experience in supplier and contract management.
