About the Role

Sumw Group is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and has secured an investment license. We are seeking a Saudi Executive Director to serve as the executive link between the company's operations in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a leader with strong organizational and follow-up skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the Saudi business environment. We are looking for an executive leader capable of translating plans and decisions into measurable tasks, outputs, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and monitor Sumw's operations in Saudi Arabia, coordinating directly with management in Jordan.
Oversee the Saudi team and coordinate with relevant teams and departments in Jordan.
Translate senior management directives and strategic plans into clear executive plans.
Distribute tasks, define responsibilities and deadlines, and monitor progress.
Follow up on meeting outcomes, ensuring decisions are implemented and pending matters are resolved.
Prepare weekly executive reports for management detailing achievements, delays, challenges, and required decisions.
Oversee the establishment and setup of operations, office, systems, and internal procedures in Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate across operations, administration, finance, marketing, production, public relations, and legal affairs.
Monitor clients, opportunities, partnerships, offers, and contracts from an administrative and executive perspective.
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and implementation companies, ensuring output quality and adherence to deadlines.
Participate in preparing business plans, operational budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop operational procedures and policies that support company growth independently of individuals.
Supervise the use of project management systems, CRM, automation, and artificial intelligence in operations management.
Represent the company in meetings and events when assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and partner information, and protect Sumw's interests in all dealings.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual with over 10 years of experience in executive management, operations management, or business development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to lead multiple teams and manage several projects concurrently. This role requires an proactive, organized, decisive individual who is quick to follow up and make decisions, without requiring detailed guidance for every task.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in executive management, operations management, or business development.
Strong leadership capabilities and high organizational skills.
Genuine understanding of the business environment in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in English, communication skills, and the ability to prepare executive reports and presentations.
Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Business Management, Marketing and Media, Events and Exhibitions, Business Development, Technology and Digital Transformation, Project Management, or Government and Commercial Relations.
